Choose the Right Indoor Space for Your Group Size

Our Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests in 3100 sq ft with central heat and air conditioning. For smaller corporate events, our Alternate Ballroom provides 1265 sq ft and accommodates up to 80 guests, depending on preferred seating arrangements.


The Alternate Ballroom event space can be increased by adding the larger ballroom space for an additional fee. This flexibility allows you to match your space needs to your actual guest count and program requirements.


What's Included in Your Room Setup

Complete setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs is included. You'll have 5-foot round guest tables, Chiavari or white padded chairs, and a choice of 6-foot or 8-foot banquet tables for displays or food service.


We provide 8 high-top bar tables with black covers, two spacious restrooms, and on-site private parking for your attendees. The 5-hour access window includes setup and cleanup time.


Presentations and Screens

Bowling Brook Mansion’s 1265 sq ft event room includes a 55-inch color TV and 8 foot projector screen for slide shows, speeches, or visual displays. If you rent the Rooftop Patio, a 75-inch color TV is available with that 2000 sq ft lighted space.


These options work well for presentations, slides, and company updates without turning the room into a conference hall.


Food and Beverage Rules to Plan Around

You can bring your own food and soft beverages to create a personalized experience. You can choose your event vendors except for catering. We work from an approved list of caterers that we partner with.


Bar service is available through our Maryland liquor license. Outside alcohol is not permitted in compliance with licensing laws. This approach ensures proper licensing and professional beverage service for your corporate gathering.
