Dance floor space can be incorporated based on your guest count and table layout.

For weddings, we host one event per day. Your wedding includes exclusive use of the first floor of the mansion, the Grand Ballroom, the Rooftop Patio, and nine acres of manicured grounds. Your booking also includes private on-site parking, all reception tables and chairs, upgraded white padded ceremony seating, trash receptacles, and potable water and ice.
You'll also have an on-site vendor and ceremony coordinator and venue staff to support the wedding day. Our support includes the final walkthrough, ceremony rehearsal, day-of ceremony coordination, bridal party arrival and direction, vendor setup assistance, guest direction, and sparkler or special exit coordination when requested. We do not provide full event timeline coordination, pre-event vendor coordination, decoration setup, cake cutting, or other services outside our defined event support.

We do not provide catering services in-house. Instead, we maintain an approved list of catering partners, and you can choose from those options for your wedding. You may also provide your own appetizers, desserts, and non alcoholic drinks. Alcohol and bar service are arranged exclusively through us, and outside alcohol is not permitted.

The mansion's interior has been fully restored, with ornate woodwork, original historic detail, and chandeliers throughout. The mansion and ballroom also have central heat and air conditioning, giving you modern comfort alongside the property's historic character.
Planning the Wedding Day
Dressing lounges are available to the wedding party at noon on the day of the event, with earlier access available when possible. Vendors may also arrive at noon. The bridal suite sits on the second floor and includes a three-station beauty bar for hair and makeup, and the Groom's Den gives the groom and groomsmen a furnished space to prepare.
A wedding that includes both ceremony and reception, including cocktail hour, is five hours. A reception-only event, including cocktail hour, is four hours. One hour of vendor breakdown and cleanup is included. If winter or inclement weather affects an outdoor ceremony, it can move into the Grand Ballroom or the mansion depending on your guest count.
Overnight Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are available the night of your event. Each suite has a private bath and individual climate control. The Carriage House Honeymoon Suite includes a continental brown bag breakfast delivered to the room, along with two splits of champagne. Breakfast is not included with the other suite packages.
