Ceremony Sites

Lover's Lane features 360-degree countryside views, with mature trees creating an overhead canopy. The rustic setting works well for couples wanting natural elegance.

The Dock sits on our water feature, surrounded by farmland and greenery. The 10' x 16' deck provides a unique ceremony platform.

Our Historic Fountain is located in the spacious 2-acre front yard of the mansion, with the mansion as your backdrop. This site works well for larger guest counts.

Reception Space and Capacity in the Grand Ballroom

Our Grand Ballroom spans 3,100 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 200 guests, with central heat and air conditioning. The space feels comfortable for different guest counts depending on your layout.

The addition space includes a 55-inch television for presentations. Original woodwork and chandeliers maintain the 1872 mansion's character while providing modern comfort.

Rooftop Patio and Cocktail Hour Flow

Our Rooftop Patio is a 2,000 sq. ft. lighted space overlooking the grounds, with a 75-inch television. Cocktail hour typically happens on the Rooftop Patio, our lower patio, or in the mansion.

This elevated space provides views of our manicured grounds and works well for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or smaller events.

Coordination Support, What We Do and What We Do Not Do

Our on-site vendor and ceremony coordinator assists with logistics for both outdoor ceremonies and indoor receptions. We hold your rehearsal typically on Thursday before your wedding day.

On your wedding day, we greet and direct your bridal party to prep areas, bring prearranged alcohol to prep areas when requested, and assist vendors with setup logistics. We coordinate sparkler exits and assist with decoration removal from the mansion.

We do not put up decorations or handle timeline coordination for the entire event duration.

Catering and Bar Rules to Plan Around

We partner with an approved list of caterers, and you choose your other vendors, except for catering. Our approved partners understand our venue logistics.
