Does the venue offer indoor and outdoor space for corporate use?

Yes. You can use the Grand Ballroom for presentations or meals and the rooftop patio or Grove for networking, breakout sessions, or social hours.

Are there setup services or event staff on-site?

We set up all tables and chairs for each event, while clients are responsible for providing all décor, including table linens. An event manager and mansion staff are on-site throughout each event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Although we do not provide other vendor services, we do hold our Maryland liquor license and provide all alcohol, bar staff, and related services.

Can we display branding and company signage throughout the space?

Yes. The venue allows you to customize the space with branding materials, signage, and welcome setups in designated areas that complement the mansion’s layout and decor.
