A Team Focused on Your Wedding Day
You'll work with an on-site vendor and ceremony coordinator. About one month before your wedding, we complete a final walk-through and event layout with you so the flow of the day is set in advance. You also receive a one-hour ceremony rehearsal, typically on the Thursday before your wedding. On the day itself, your coordinator greets and directs the bridal party to the prep areas, assists your vendors with setup logistics, hangs table assignment cards or signage in the provided chart area, directs guests to cocktail hour and ballroom entry, and stays available to you and your guests throughout. If you'd like a sparkler or special exit, we help coordinate and run it. To set expectations honestly, this is day-of and ceremony coordination. We do not provide full event planning, pre-event vendor coordination, or timeline management for the entire event, so if you want that level of oversight, you'll bring your own planner.

Our reception spaces can be arranged to match the size of your event. The Ballroom is 1,835 square feet and seats up to 150 guests. The State Room is 1,265 square feet and holds up to 80 guests, depending on your seating layout. Combined, these two spaces form the Grand Ballroom, a total of 3,100 square feet that seats up to 200 guests. Dance floor space is available in either room, and the amount depends on your guest count and how your tables are arranged. For food, we don't cater in-house. You'll choose from our approved catering partners. Alcohol and bar service are arranged separately through Bowling Brook Mansion under a separate contract, since we hold a Maryland liquor license, and outside alcohol isn't permitted.
Overnight Accommodations
